Our large XL holiday home enjoys an absolute dream location in idyllic Nieuwvliet-Bad, situated in the sunniest region of the Netherlands. Because the villa is beautifully embedded in the modern Landal Beach Resort, relaxation begins right at the front door. A short, relaxed walk across a scenic wooden boardwalk separates you from the kilometers long, gently sloping sandy beach.

The surroundings offer the perfect mix of untouched nature and lively towns. You can explore the adjacent nature reserve "De Verdronken Zwarte Polder" on a leisurely bike ride or hike through the famous Zwin Natuur Park. The floor plan of our holiday home shows a very thoughtful layout of the rooms. Therefore, the many great equipment features come into their own perfectly on this page. Therefore, the terrace is the ideal place for social gatherings with the family. There is also a practical shed for your roof box or bicycles. We have also had two original "Dukdalfpalen" installed. You can attach your own hammock to these posts. Because the lounge corner is slightly tucked away, it creates a wonderfully private retreat to feel good in.
